Something cheaper than the Mavic Pro 2 but still packs a lot of value, the 4K-ready Upair Two is a 3-camera drone that can reach up to 1km distance with an adequate. For the most part, Upair Two is stable when it comes to its receptions but it does tend to get a bit janky when you reach the high altitude or long range. So yes, this is most likely not ideal if you are planning to do a very wide coverage of a property unless you’re selling a small to a medium-sized lot. But hey, the Upair Two is a very good alternative to the Mavic Pro 2 in terms of pricing and features.
Next on our list is the Hubsan Zino 2: a significantly better version over its predecessor. Now with a 4K camera that has strong stabilization, every shot and every angle with the Zino 2 just looks so picturesque. The sharp colors and slight contrast give the Zino 2 a sense of uniqueness when it comes to drone shots. Best of all, it is a very cheap drone, especially for a 4K-ready camera. It can also travel long distances of up to 4 km and a maximum battery time of 22 minutes - which are enough to cover acres of the land you are advertising.
This insect-looking drone is the best to use for when you want to show your client some good interior and exterior shots. The Parrot Anafi is a pint-sized drone latched with a powerful 4K camera that makes any capture look good enough to be the front cover of a magazine. It has limited features but the best part about it is that its controls are simple enough for even an inexperienced drone pilot, the camera is so good and the battery lasts just enough to give your clients one big show for around 25 minutes, the GPS tracking is also spot-on.
The DJI Mavic Mini is a budget-friendlier version of the DJI Mavic Pro 2. Even if you are an inexperienced drone pilot. Plus, due to its 250g weight, you don’t need a license and permit from the FAA. It may not take photos and videos under 4K but the 2.7K resolution has enough juice to keep every shot look gorgeous. As the name suggests, it is basically a much smaller version of the Mavic Pro 2 and with limited features. Yet, it is still a strong contender if you need a solid real estate drone for you to showcase to clients.

But obviously, I would pick the DJI Mavic Pro 2 as the best among the rest because of its long distant travel, easy controls, and fully responsive actions. But if you are planning for a budget-friendlier approach, you can always go for either the Upair Two or the Hubsan Zino 2; either way is still solid for showcasing a property. The DJI Mavic Mini caters more to beginner drone users with very simple controls and easy maneuverability. And, of course, we have the Parrot Anafi which is a good foldable drone that fits perfectly for indoor shots.
Obviously, 4K is the way to go when it comes to camera drones. The drones mentioned above have the most solid shots out there and you wouldn’t want to settle for anything less. However, the 2.7K happens to be great as well - given that you are buying from a reputable brand like the DJI Mavic Mini. 1080p is still good these days but only if you are really running on a low budget. After all, clients prefer an agent that can show off some luxury too - even with drones.
The most ideal type of drone for real estates is the foldable one - not too large yet not too miniature. This is because foldable drones that weigh at 250g or less will not require you to earn a license and permit from the FAA. Also, a reasonably small drone is ideal for an indoor flight so you don’t knock off some fragile stuff inside.

Quite frankly, you will need to spend a good chunk of money on a high-end drone. Look at spending at least $300 on a drone if you're not going for DJI. but if you do ever have enough, prioritize DJI for the best real estate drone.
